Applications
Based on the principle of generating method, with carrying out index and differential compensation motions by electronic gear box, GH125 CNC6 is designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, spline, worm wheels and sprocket etc suitable for the industries that produce gears in mass production, such as automobile, motorcycle, electrical powered tools, etc.

1. GH125 CNC6 gear hobbing has function of fault diagnosis, monitoring spindle overload and alarm.
2. Quick-retraction protection: in case of power off or failure occurred, synchronously and quickly retract hob.
3. With vertical design, column can move in radial direction as feed motion.
4. With symmetric and double-wall construction bed, hot chips are quickly evacuated from the middle of the bed by a chip conveyor. The circulating oil ensures stable thermal distribution of the machine.
5. Adopt large power AC spindle motor, power is transferred to cutter spindle by high precision helical gearing. Adopt a one-tooth difference clearance-eliminating mechanism to improve transmission accuracy and rigidity.
6. Super precision helical gearing for worktable to carry out high speed and super precision index, and equipped with clearance-eliminating and clamp adjusting mechanisms.
