1. GH180 CNC5 is of 5-axis with four axes coordinated control. CNC axes: B-axis--hob spindle rotary motion; C-axis--worktable rotary motion; X-axis--radial feed motion; Y-axis--tangential feed motion (or hob shifting motion); Z-axis--axial feed motion.
2. GH180 CNC5 has function of fault diagnosis, monitoring spindle overload and alarm.
3. Quick-retraction protection: in case of power off or failure occurred, synchronously and quickly retract hob.
4. With double-wall, rib-reinforced and symmetric construction design for bed and column, increase rigidity and meet the requirements at high speed and efficient cutting and ensures stable thermal distribution.
5. Adopt large power AC spindle motor, power is transferred to cutter spindle by high precision helical gearing. Adopt a one-tooth difference clearance-eliminating mechanism to improve transmission accuracy and rigidity.
