Features 
1. Hob spindle is directly connected to servo motor; workpiece spindle is directly driven by servo motor through gapless device and supported by high precision double roller bearings.
2. Linear guideway for both axial and radial carriage, which ensures rigidity and speed.
3. Tailstock of GH100 CNC7 is driven by servo motor through ball screw; tailstock of GH100 CNC6 is manually adjusted, and tailstock center is pushed by hydraulic cylinder.
4. For lubrication of workpiece spindle, cutters, guideways and screws, GH100 CNC7 adopts oil-gas lubrication and GH100 CNC6 adopts grease lubrication.
5. With communication programming software, operator only needs to input the workpiece and hob data.
6. Environment-protection structure with full-closed cover.
7. The chip handling system is mounted in the middle of the rigid base which avoids the cutting oil and chip splash.
