1. Applicable to cut spur and helical gears, worm wheels, sprockets and short spline shafts in jobbing, small or batch production. GH800 Dişli Azdırma Makinesi is characterized by good rigidity, high working accuracy, easy operation and simple setup procedure. Either conventional or climb method can be used in GH800 Dişli Azdırma Makinesi. In addition, GH800 is equipped with an automatic shut-down device and safety-securing mechanisms, and an automatic lubricating system. Imported hydraulic components can be used according to the customers’ requirements. Furthermore, tangential hob head is also available to cut worm wheels under tangential feeding mode.
2. GH800 P precision gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as GH800 and the working accuracy is increased by one grade.
3. GH800 S semi-automatic gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as GH800. Using PLC, the machine can do batch production in auto cycle after one adjustment. GH800 S is equipped with auto-shifting hob, the service life is extended.
4. Tangential hob head may be applied for the model GH800 P and GH800 S to cut worm wheels.
