1. GH500 gear hobbing machine is capable of cutting spur and helical gears, worm wheels, sprockets and short spline shafts in one-off, small-scale or large-scale production. It features reasonable construction, high rigidity, high working accuracy, easy operation and simple setup procedure. GH500 машыны can work in either conventional or climb method. Equipped with an automatic shut-down device and safety-securing mechanisms, and an automatic lubricating system, GH500 can be furnished with imported hydraulic components or tangential hob head to cut worm wheels under tangential feed mode according to customers’ request.
2. GH500 P precision Gear Hobbing машыны has the same features and functions as GH500 except that the working accuracy is at least increased by one grade.
3. GH500 S semi-automatic gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as GH500. Adopting PLC control, GH500 S can perform an automatic working cycle for cutting in batch production with only once adjustment and equipped with automatic hob shifting mechanism, the service life is prolonged.
