Features 
1. Being of vertical design, main components like bed and column adopt the double-wall construction with large-size reinforce-rib, rectangular, flat and ample guideways covered with Teflon, features compact construction, short transmission chain and high accuracy.
2. Axial and radial feed axes are driven by AC servo motor through preloaded ball screws.
3. All guideways are automatically lubricated.
4. With high degree of automation, they can work in several square cycles; in addition, cutting parameters can also be changed automatically in each square cycle. Either climb or conventional method may be used; can cut workpiece with multi-start hob and higher feed rate.
5. Can work repeatedly under the square cycles. Changing radial feed rate, selection of climb or conventional hobbing, hob shifting functions is available.
