FTNC-50G(Y) Small Type Precision CNC Gang Tool Lathe is characterized by Φ30mm of spindle through hole diameter, optionally installed power chuck, cast iron lathe bed and Z axis double-V design. FTNC-50G is more suitable for applications in industries, such as optics, automobile, micromotor, bearing, etc. if equipped with precision pneumatic chuck and other special fixtures, it may have part deformation under control; better in high precision processing of part with thin-wall, like precision casting and cold pressing part.

  • Dovetail sliding guide rail:
X axis guide rail adopts high quality cast iron with quenching, grinding and scraping treatment, which prolongs the precision retaining period of guide rail surface and keep stable precision for a long time.
  • Double–V shape sliding guide rail:
 Z-axis adopts double-V shape sliding guide rail which can meet rigid requirement and automatic machining with large working range.
  • Proper gang tool structure: The machine is equipped with proper gang tool structure and sufficient tool installation space. Precise machine tools for drilling, tapping, boring, milling and thread cutting can be installed in the tool post.
Selection of diverse automatic fixture unclamping & clamping device: Shift fork type clamping mechanism,  collet chuck clamping mode,Pneumatic rotary cylinder and precision pneumatic chuck are optional.

Y axis Drive Power Tool( for FTNC-50GY): In order to enhance machine processing, Y-axis drive power tool developed by our company enhances milling operation of machine tool. X and Y directions power tool can install two or three tools while common gang type lathe can only install one tool. Radial power tool feeds along Y-axis, which fulfills radial processing and hole machining, grooving, milling and special shape contour machining of workpiece face and the like three-axis linkage composite processing, also the power tools can rigid tapping, realizes tum-milling machining of gang tool type lathe.
  • Polygon power milling device: Polygon power milling device can realize radial polygon cutting, increase the production efficiency vastly.
  • High precision: The unique high-precision spindle, high acceleration servo motor and latest high-speed CNC system to reduce the cycle time. Exquisite scraping and grinding craftsmanship ensures most stable precision for many years. An NC order 0.1μM comes standard, smoother taper/R processing is possible.
