FTNC-204 Small Type Precision CNC Gang Tool Lathe which refers to a cost effective precision machine-tool. Compared with the traditional automatic lathe or special purpose machine tools, it has high precision, easy operation small size and diversified processing functions and the adjustment is easier. the bar feeder auto catcher and customized fixture are optional for more processing requirement.

Proper gang tool structure: This machine is equipped with the proper gang tool structure and sufficient tool installation space. Precise machine tools for drilling, tapping, boring, milling and thread cutting can be installed in the tool post.
Space saving: can be installed in small space of 1100x1050mm.
Powerful AC servo motor: For the spindle drive, we have provided infinitely variable speed by means of a 3.7Kw FANUC AC servo motor.
In addition, we have adopted a maintenance-free. Digital AC servo motor for each spindle feed.
High precision feed: each guide surface has been dovetailed with sufficient length and equipped with automatic
lubrication system ensuring high precision feed for long period of time.
Easy maintenance: wide openings have been assured for all doors and easy to use devices, such as control
buttons, to facilitate exchange and maintenance.
Selection of diverse automatic fixture unclamping & clamping device:
The shift fork type clamping mechanism and collet chuck clamping mode(standard)        
Processing precision within 0.2um
Through the adoption of super precise angular main bearing for the main shaft bearing it has been possible to achieve high speed high precision processing within 0.2um for both roundness surface precision.
