FGM2000 IG employs constant flow hydrostatic system.
2. Other moving guideways employ high accuracy rolling needle type linear guideway.
3. The double worm-wheel set anti-backlash mechanism is available on the round table. The anti-backlash force is adjustable and hydraulically controlled, which features simple structure, high rigidity, high accuracy, and high stability.
4. The double-supporting structure of grinding apparatus spindle improves the rigidity and rotary accuracy of the spindle. Meanwhile, Siemens high-power spindle motor guarantees the high grinding accuracy and efficiency.
5. Single-roller double-supporting structure is designed for the wheel dresser, which improves the supporting rigidity and enhances the rotary accuracy of the dressing spindle.
6. Built-in dynamic balancing unit with acoustic emission function (anti-collision function), which can realize automatic balancing of the grinding wheel, automatic alignment of the workpiece and automatic wheel dressing.
7. Random measuring system is supplied with the machine for the convenient adjustment and measurement.
