The machine is used for the external and internal surface grinding of cylindrical and conical workpieces.
2. Scope of application
The machine is suitable for the tool workshop, overhaul workshop and small-lot machining workshop.

Features 
1. The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic stepless variable speed transmission or hand-wheel transmission. It adopts forced feed lubrication and plastic-filmed guide way, which improves the machine’s vibration resistance and running stability at low speed.
2. For the wheel head, its fast forward/backward of feed is driven by hydraulic system, and rough and refined feed is controlled by hand-wheel transmission.
3. The grinding wheel spindle is supported by high-rigidity sleeve type hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearing, with the characteristics of high rotation precision and high rigidity.
4. The work head adopts double-speed motor and three-gear transmissions, gaining the characteristics of high transmission precision, good rigidity and easy-to-operate.
5. The wheel dressers are respectively installed on worktable and tailstock, providing two kinds of dressing.
6. The machine has the following features: rational overall layout, attractive appearance, centralized and visualized operating handles, and simple and safe operation.
