CNC Vertical Turning Center VNL125M is three-axis simultaneous and semi-closed loop control. The machine with C-axis indexing function and equipped with tools magazine living tools, in addition to the function of CNC lathe, but also has a certain milling function.
It can process complex geometry, various sizes, high precision rotary parts, internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, stepped surface, ball surface and kinds of rotary surface, internal and external grooves. The living spindle can mill axial straight groove and spiral groove, milling plane, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc.

  • Machine body structure
Monolithic structure, good overall rigidity.
The main drive uses a gear box with high torque.
Column adopts sand-sealing structure, good vibration absorption.
Beam movement adopts hierarchical positioning, large processing range, good accuracy retention.
 
  • Base
Base is made of high-quality cast iron HT300, secondary thermal aging ensures stable accuracy.
Finite element analysis and optimized design of the base rib make the machine tool good rigidity.
 
  • Worktable/Chuck bearing
Use fixed short spindle with high centering accuracy and rotation accuracy. Improved machine bearing capacity and precision, achieving heavy torque cutting capabilities.
Heavy duty spindle bearing load: Max. 5 tons
 
The table adopts high-precision rolling bearings for guide rail, high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings for radial direction, high-precision thrust ball bearings for rolling guide rail in axial direction, and pre-load is added in axial direction, in order to improve the rotation accuracy and bearing capacity of the table.
 
The high rigidity worktable is matched with the manual strong jaw, the operation is convenient and can provide the strong clamping force.
 
  • Main transmission
This machine adopts FANUC high power spindle motor combined with ZF gearbox to realize the ability of torque heavy cutting.
After ZF reducer and high-precision two-stage gear change, the ultimate realization of 1~260r/min stepless change.

Low speed ratio: 1:40; Output torque: 3800Nm

  • C axis high precision indexing
High-precision servo motor, combined with precision variable lead worm gear and worm pair, provides accurate indexing.
C-axis positioning accuracy can reach 10 s, and can continuously process polygon and cam shapes.
 
  • Column
Columns are specially designed with thermal symmetric integrated structure to improve anti vibration, graded positioning of beam located on the both sides of column to realize high rigidity when beam is moving.
The upper end of the column is installed with a beam lifting motor and worm gear lifting box to achieve the lifting of the beam. The guide rail on both sides of the column is also equipped with rack for beam classification positioning, with a distance of 150mm.
 
  • Beam
Beam can be lift up and move down based on human operation, the position is adjusted by 4 hydraulic cylinders with super clamping force which are clamped automatically to ensure the accuracy of the machine.

  • Linear box composite guideway
Guideway surface is linear guideway--small friction, high rapid speed, reduce specific pressure;
In the bearing direction is box guideway--good vibration resistance, large bearing capacity.

  • Ram
The square ram adopt totally enclosed type structure which has high rigidity and suitable for deep hole machining.
It is made of high-strength alloy steel forged. The guide surface is processed by proper heat treatment and high-precision guide grinding machine, using large square section, over 30% more rigid than casting ram.

Equipped with spindle motor and ZF gear box (1:1 and 1:4) to drive milling spindle rotation through inlet coupling.

The standard equipment is 16 station BT50 high reliability tool magazine, can use tool size within 32x32mm. The maximum tool weight is 50kg and the tool magazine maximum load is 560kg.
Customers can match the number of tools according to requirements.
We provide three sets turning holder and one boring holder for free. Also extra turning or boring holder as option.
