MVS200D Mechanical Slotting Machine is used for slotting flat and formed surfaces, key groove, etc. and is suitable for either single-piece or small-batch production.
Features
1. The main transmission mechanism is used for converting rotating motion of the crank gear into reciprocating motion of ram.
2. The worktable is designed for longitudinal, cross and rotary feeding both automatically and manually as well as rapid travel. The feed is stopped automatically when the worktable is in case of trouble.
3. Electromagnetic clutch in starting and stopping to achieve centralized operation.
4. Indexing mechanism is used for rotary indexing of worktable; parts are processed according to desired indexing.
5. Designed elaborately with high standardization and has reasonable arrangement with compact and harmonica construction, pleasing appearance, convenient maintenance.
6. The electric equipment is fixed in the bed at the back part of lower bed; there are central push buttons in the upper bed, which is safe and reliable.
