HHS1000 Hydraulic Shaping Machine is designed for cutting flat and formed surfaces on various kinds of big or medium sized workpiece. HHS1000 Shaping Machine can also be used to cut surfaces in special shape if equipped with a special vice or a dividing head and HHS1000 Shaping Machine is suitable for single piece and small batch production as well.

Features
The principal cutting movement and the feed movement of the HHS1000 Hydraulic Shaper are driven by hydraulic power, so they work smoothly and their speed can be adjusted stepless. Provided with a safety device against overload, the HHS1000 Hydraulic Shaping Machine is easy to start and stop with short over-range. And it can also suit the needs of heavy-duty and continuous cutting with the characters of high rigidity, big cutting force, less hot deformation, and low oil temperature, stable machining accuracy and high precision of conversion.
The table of the HHS1000 Hydraulic Shaping Machine can travel either vertically or horizontally and the tool head is equipped with a lifter device. HHS1000 Hydraulic Shaping Machine is convenient to operate with the handles being centralized.
