Gears of modules from 0.125mm to 4mm can be machined and the machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard. Typical workpiece such as the internal gears in the deep holes and the cluster gears can be machined when a slide-type saddle is equipped on the machine. Non-circular gears, triangle-shape internal gears used in the internal gear pumps and special gears can be cut when special equipment is adopted for the machine, or by means of using a special cutting mode of great-helical rotary feed. The machine is suitable for single-job or small-lot production, and preferable for the mass production on the production lines.
