1. The machine is a CNC machine with three axes being controlled simultaneously for the precise numeral control of rotary feed, radial feed and indexing motion. It is a machine with high repeatability accuracy, and the parameter programming can be realized in easy operation.
2. The main movement of the machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, and automatic changeover of cutter speed can be made.
3. The machine is longitudinally arranged with better structure of machine bed and column. It is with high rigidity and stable performance.
4. The machine can realize radial feed of worktable, the 2000mm diameter face plate of worktable has high load capacity, thus the workpiece can be fixed easily.
5. The oscillated cutter relieving mechanism is adopted for the cutter relief, which is reset by saucer-shaped by means of a butterfly spring and the cutter relieving direction is adjusted conveniently so as to obtain convenient operation, stable movement and low noise.
6. The cutter spindle can stop automatically at the up-stop position.
7. The whole machine has good rigidity, abundant power, internal and external gears (m=16) can be cut in three steps with ideal technological condition.
8. A SIEMENS 828D and a SIEMENS digital servo system are equipped on the machine, and an air conditioner may be equipped for the independent sealed electrical cabinet.
