Main features of Electrical Discharge Machining Wire Cut Machine
1. Five axis digital control, four axis linkage; The X/Y/U/V axes are driven by AC servo motors and are calibrated and compensated by laser interferometers to improve operational accuracy and displacement speed.
2. Efficient and low loss green power control design significantly improves cutting efficiency and reduces electrode wire loss.
3. The X/Y-axis drag plate adopts a three-layer operating structure design, combined with imported precision linear guides and ball screws, to ensure that it always moves within the table during operation, ensuring cutting accuracy and service life.
4. The handheld unit controls the five axis motor drive, which is powerful and convenient for rapid displacement and mold calibration.
5. Adopting an upper and lower double tightening mechanism ensures that the tension of the electrode wire remains consistent throughout the cutting process, significantly reducing wire breakage.

7. Adopting an automatic oil injection device, key parts are lubricated at designated times and points to extend the service life of the components.
