Machine Features

Description of the main structure of the equipment
This machine is mainly composed of the machine bed, base, main slide, auxiliary slide, main oil cylinder components, tool lifting mechanism, main clamp, auxiliary clamp, electrical system, lubrication system, cooling, chip removal system, broach, protection, etc. The machine adopts embedded installation.
  • The bed frame, base and bed platform are welded from steel plates and undergo thermal aging and vibration aging to relieve stress and enhance stability. The main structure of the machine tool is optimized through dynamic finite element analysis to ensure sufficient mechanical rigidity.
  • Structural features:
Main cylinder drive operation.
The broaching force acts vertically on the bed.
The machine has good process ability and is suitable for assembly line work.
  • The guide rails adopt hard rails and are equipped with automatic lubrication and dust prevention devices to ensure reliable dust prevention and lubrication effects.
  • Single-station operation, broaches are automatically guided for broaching to ensure machining accuracy.
  • The main and auxiliary chuck bodies adopt a hydraulically driven sliding sleeve structure. The specific specifications of the main and auxiliary chuck bodies will be confirmed after the tool is confirmed.
  • Protection: The operating position of the machine is protected to prevent the splashing of chips, liquid, etc., outside the machine.
  • The machine adopts an external permanent magnet type automatic chip removal device.
  • Electrical part: PLC control is adopted. The machine realizes three working modes: automatic cycle, sectional cycle and point adjustment. There is an interlock function between each work step.
  • Equipped with an emergency stop button and interlocking of each work step.
 
Tool anti-collision mechanism

It is equipped with a broach anti-collision mechanism. If the workpiece is not placed properly or the pre-drilled hole of the workpiece is too small, this mechanism will detect and alarm, and the machine tool will stop running to prevent the broach from breaking.
 
Lubrication System
  • The machine tool adopts microcomputer control for lubrication and is equipped with low oil level alarm function and pump problem alarm function. The lubrication start-up should be set according to the number of processing cycles, and the lubrication system alarm should be indicated on the screen.
  • The installation position of the lubricating oil pump is convenient for oiling and maintenance.
 
Cooling system
  • Cooling is mainly used for the cooling of tools and workpieces and for cutting lubrication, which is conducive to protecting the tools and improving their durability. High-pressure spray cooling is carried out on the tools, workpieces and fixtures through pipelines. The coolant can be recycled and reused. The cooling station is equipped with a low liquid level alarm device. When the liquid level drops below the alarm level, the machine tool will stop the circulation and sound an alarm. It is equipped with a multi-stage filter screen device.
  • When there is a problem with the coolant pump, it has an alarm function.
 
Chip removal and filtration system
  • The magnetic scraper chip removal device utilizes the strong magnetic effect generated by permanent magnetic materials to adsorb chips onto the working magnetic plate of the chip conveyor. The chain drives the scraper plate to scrape out the settled chips and transport them to the designated chip removal box.
  • This machine is widely used in the iron filings transportation of mechanical processing equipment and production lines such as CNC machine tools, combined machine tools, and machining centers. It can be used for the processing of iron filings in both dry and wet processing.
