Introduction

The cutting center is characterized by flexibility, full automation, high-precision as well as high-efficiency. In addition to high rigidity and strength, our cutting center can offer better shearing accuracy than other cutting forms. It can also compensate the deformation caused by release of residual stress in the materials. As the CNC cutting and bending machine is able to automatically complete the process of loading, feeding, lateral shearing, principle shearing, dragging material, ejection of compact and stowing, it’s possible for just one person to operate the metal sheet bending center.

Characteristics
1. High working efficiency
Our CNC cutting and bending machine features in high working efficiency. Equipped with the suction conveyor, the loading machine can complete quadrilateral shearing simultaneously. That is to say, it takes at most 3 minutes to complete one single working cycle, which is two to three times quicker than the traditional technology. Our CNC cutting and bending center improves 50% efficiency and saves at least 80% labor cost.
2. High processing precision
These CNC cutting and bending machines offer high processing precision. The length of every work piece shearing accuracy is at most ±1 mm, the error of diagonals cut at most 2 mm and the length of straightness at most 1mm. It meets the national precision grade of the highest standard.
3. High degree of automation
The production line sets mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, vacuum system, CNC system, flexible manufacturing system, two-dimensional material conveying robot and automatic system as one system.
