Plate Cut-To-Length Line is utilized to produce smooth flat sheet with required dimensions in length and width by straightening and shearing operations from coils of different kinds.

This line mainly consists of coil loading cart, single or double expanding mandrel uncoiler, straightening machine, slitting machine, edge trimmer, waste edge coiler, shear machine, stacker etc. Between Plate Cut-To-Length Lines there are swinging loops, tracing devices, feeding device, correcting device and numerical feeding devices, etc. It is ideal for automatical coil processing components that can be used in machines, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
