Usages
TX6113D TX6113C machine can perform boring, drilling and milling.
It can also use boring spindle or facing plate to enlarge the working range.
Adopting grating measurement, it got reliable positioning accuracy and the whole machine adopts PLC control.
The read accuracy of DRO unit is 0.005mm.

Structure
This machine is of table-type layout, with column mounted on the bed and a side spindle head; guideway of the lower saddle is of cross structure.

TX6113D : X and Y axes are provided with DRO with reading accuracy of 0.005mm.
TX6113C/2: X /Y /Z axes are provided with DRO with reading accuracy of 0.005mm,B axis is provided with DRO.
TX6113D :Table is provided with a manual optical device for positioning at every 4x90°, which can meet needs of in-line boring of parts with the table being turned for 180°.
TX6113C/2: Table is provided with DRO with continuous indexing of 360°, which can meet needs of in-line boring of parts with the table being turned for 180° and multi-point machining.
Spindle system consists of three-layer structure, facing head spindle, hollow spindle and boring spindle.
The boring spindle is of high quality nitride steel 38CrMoAIA; the hollow spindle is of high quality alloy steel; the spindle is of high structure rigidity and accuracy.
The spindle with disk spring clamping and hydraulic unclamping makes tool handling easy.
Control system is provided with Mitsubishi.
