Main features
1. Bed is full closed boxy type. The two main guideways are wide rectangle type. The auxiliary guideway is one piece with bed and has steel trip and roller structure. This structure increases the rigidity of the X axis and eliminates unbalance loading .Machine movement is agile and stable, no “creep”.
2. Table is boxy type with circle guide way. The superior robustness of the table has the feature of anti- torque, high precision and big loading capacity. The bearing of rotation adopts the circular cone bearing which is stable high accuracy. 
3. There are two parts of the upper carriage guide way. The front guide way of upper carriage is circle shape and the low part is dent square shape with TURCITE-B coated and precision rollers for unloading.
The lower carriage guide way is cross axes structure. The two upper guide ways are convex square shape with harden steel plate insert; the three lower guide ways are fovea square shape with plastic coated and precision rollers for unloading. 
4. The column has fixed on the bed which has two square guide ways with steel plate insert; the column structure accept the big section with reinforce cross bar and with balancing weight inside. 
5. Adopting the triple structure of spindle which consists of facing head spindle, boring spindle and hollowness spindle, the spindle got high accuracy and rigid. The bearing of spindle adopt circular cone roller. The bevel spring clamping and hydraulic loose make the tool can easily install and demounted.
6. Main driving has two hydraulic shifts speed. The spindle has high rigidity and high rotation accuracy.
7. Feed mechanism of linear motion:Feed mechanisms for X, Z and W axes are driven by servo motor, connected with preloaded ball screw and nut by gear. Y axis connected with ball screw nut after timing belt deceleration. Each feed mechanism is well organized and can maintain the stability of the movement.
The feed mechanism for U axis is driven by the deceleration of pulley cog belt which motive the planet differential gear and preload screw rod which structure is backlash adjustable double pinion to drive the facing head slide
B axis rotation feeding is realized by float pinion drive large gear, which can eliminate backlash of gears automatically, and so to assure high drive accuracy. Table rotation bearing is high accuracy double cylinder roller bearing.  
8.  Table rotation bearing are lubricated by imported grease. Spindle bearing, spindle head bearings and gears are lubricated by lubrication oil. Guideways, ball screw nuts use timing automatic lubrication pump. The guideway has extendable covers for proof of chip, dust and water. 
9.  Spindle head equipped with balance weight which has guiding function, so to keep the spindle head move stable.
10. The hydraulic system: supply the centralized oil from hydraulic unit.
11. SINUMERIK 840D CNC system, AC speed adjustable spindle drive system, AC feeding servo drive modules, and AC servo motor are all imported from SIEMENS.
