Main structural features and characteristics of machine tools
1. The main components of the machine tool for: base, table, column, beam, slider, ram, pneumatic system, lubrication system, cooling, safety protection, guideway protection, CNC system, electrical control, tool magazine system and other components. The bed is designed as a box-type structure with dense rib support, good stability and rigidity. 2. X-axis: The worktable adopts a hollow anti-vibration structure with double-layer reinforcement to enhance the stability of machining. The worktable moves along the four heavy-duty linear roller guideways parallel to each other on the bed, with fast response speed and strong load-bearing capacity. Adopting ball screw drive structure, the screw is located at the center of the table, and the left and right sides of the table are arranged with heavy-duty linear roller guideways. The drive adopts motor plus planetary reducer.
3. Columns and beams adopt large cross-section cylindrical structure, and internal "sun-shaped meter" ribbed plate arrangement structure, which makes them have high bending and twisting resistance. The column imitates the "boot" design, which effectively improves the overturning tendency of the column and improves the stability of the whole machine. y-axis: two heavy-duty linear roller guide rails orthogonal to each other are combined with a rectangular hard rail, which constitutes a unique structure of "line-hard combination" with good rigidity and fast response speed; the y-axis drive adopts a large cross-section cylindrical structure. Y-axis drive adopts AC servo motor through planetary reducer to reduce the speed, drive the ball screw to rotate and realise the transverse movement of the slider along the crossbeam; Y-axis has good damping performance to ensure the stability of cutting.
4. Z axis: adopts rectangular square ram eight-face grinding hard rail structure, Z axis travel 1250mm, ram cross-section size 450×450mm and by manual scraping and research, not only to ensure the accuracy of the guide rail and can greatly increase the life of the hard rail. z axis drive AC servo motor through the planetary gearbox drive ball screw rotation, to achieve the vertical movement of the ram milling head. The ram adopts barrel structure design, which has good rigidity and prevents impurities from entering into the spindle, and with the center-symmetric Z-axis spindle head design, the Z-axis screw and spindle are located in the center of the spindle head, which will not be shifted due to the offset and result in the phenomenon of uneven vibration and displacement of the load bearing, and will reduce the cutting torque and vibration during heavy cutting.
5. The machine tool is a four-sided encircling hard rail square ram structure: the main drive adopts a large reduction ratio precision gearbox, direct spindle design, good rigidity, can achieve high torque output of the spindle, improve the efficiency of workpiece processing.
6. Y/Z axis screws are high precision ball screws with optimized pre-tensioning force.
7. The milling head of the machine is installed with spindle rotation detection system, which can realise automatic spindle positioning and tapping function.
8. Liquid nitrogen balancing cylinders are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the machine ram, which can effectively improve the fast response capability of the Z-axis and the machining stability under the control of the liquid nitrogen system.
9. All the moving parts of this equipment have a perfect centralized lubrication system, which can realise timing, quantitative automatic and manual lubrication, and can be detected and alarmed.
10. This equipment has automatic cooling device and coolant recovery and recycling device. The cooling system is arranged for the external cooling of the workpiece. The cooling system consists of water tank, pump motor, filter, and pipes, valves, and related hardware necessary to provide external cooling to the spindle head. Clean water gun and disc type oil-water separator are equipped as standard.
11. Pneumatic: the machine's compressed air is mainly used for tool shank cleaning and blowing. Pneumatic device should comply with GB/T6576 and other relevant pneumatic standards. Standard with cleaning air gun.
12. Machine tool protection
(1) Standard configuration: the whole machine adopts semi-protection, the bed guideway adopts stainless steel retractable shield protection, the beam guideway adopts organ-type shield, and all of them adopt labyrinth dustproof.
(2) Chip conveyor: the left and right sides of the machine table can be equipped with optional chain plate chip conveyor and chip collector, which is convenient for the collection of iron chips (special instructions must be given when ordering).
13. Other configurations
(1) The working area is equipped with lighting to adapt to night work.
(2) The machine tool is equipped with three-colour lamps, prompting three kinds of information, namely, program running, completion of work cycle and fault alarm.
(3) The machine tool selects Siemens 828D CNC system, which can realise multi-axis control and any three-axis linkage. This system has track display, man-machine dialogue, automatic alarm and prompting and other functions, CNC operating panel with LCD display, can display text: English, Chinese can be switched; both manual input and input through RS232, network interface, CF card interface, handheld portable handwheel, easy to operate and use.
14. Machine tool operating conditions:

Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an essential factor in performing precision machining.
