4. Servo axis structure:

Z-axis: It adopts four-side encircling linear rail square ram structure, Z-axis travel 1000mm, and scraped and researched manually, which not only ensures the precision of the guide rail but also greatly increases the life of the hard rail.Z-axis drive adopts AC servo motor to drive the precision ball screw sub-transmission through the precision gear reducer to realise the vertical movement of ram milling head. Z-axis drive adopts the holding gate type servo motor, and symmetrically arranged double balancing cylinders to balance the structure and effectively balance the weight of ram and reduce the load of motor to improve the dynamic response. 5. All the relative motion parts of this equipment have a perfect centralised lubrication system, which can achieve timing, quantitative automatic and manual lubrication, and can be detected and alarmed.
6. This equipment has an automatic cooling device with a coolant recovery and recycling device. The cooling system is arranged for the external cooling of the workpiece. The cooling system consists of a water tank, pump motor, filter, and piping, valves, and associated hardware necessary to provide external cooling to the spindle head. A cleaning water gun is standard.
7. Pneumatic: The compressed air of this machine tool is mainly used for the cleaning and blowing of the tool shank, etc. The pneumatic device should comply with the relevant pneumatic standards such as GB/T6576. Air gun for cleaning is equipped as standard.
8.Machine tool protection and chip removal
The machine is equipped with semi-protection as standard.
