Flat bed CNC lathe features and applications
Flat bed CNC lathes are Computer numerical controlled lathes with flat bed, are rapidly replacing the horizontal manual lathes due to their ease of setting, operation, repeatability and accuracy than manual lathe. They are designed to use new style carbide cutting tools and use fast processes. The part can be designed and the cutting tool paths programmed by the CAD/CAM process or manually by the programmer, and the resulting file transfer to Flat bed CNC Lathe machine, and once setting and trialled the machine will continue to machining out the parts automatic.
