Introduction
The high efficiency and high precision CNC gear shapers is equipped with nice and environmental protection full enclosures, the radial feed is performed by the traverse of the entire column.Gears of modules from 0.125mm to 4mm can be machined and the machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard. Typical workpiece such as the internal gears in the deep holes and the cluster gears can be machined when a slide-type saddle is equipped on the machine. Non-circular gears, triangle-shape internal gears used in the internal gear pumps and special gears can be cut when special equipment is adopted for the machine, or by means of using a special cutting mode of great-helical rotary feed. The machine is suitable for single-job or small-lot production, and preferable for the mass production on the production lines.
