Features
1. GH500 CNC2 X is of 2-axis CNC: X-axis--radial feed motion; Z-axis--axial feed motion.
2. GH500 CNC3 X is of 3-axis CNC: X-axis--radial feed motion; Y-axis--tangential feed motion (or hob shifting motion); Z-axis--axial feed motion.
3. Multi-square and axial L cycles, auto change speed during radial feed; climb or conventional hobbing.
4. With symmetric and double-wall construction bed and circulating slots on bed bottom, the circulating oil ensures stable thermal distribution of the machine.
5. Ample rectangle guideways covered with Teflon; it has a compact construction and good static & dynamic rigidity.
6. Short and super precision gear train; pre-loaded ballscrew gearing for axial and radial feed.
7. Super precision rolling bearing for hob spindle ensures the capacity of powerful and high speed cutting; the cutting speed of the coated hob is up to 120m/min.
8. Adopt large diameter gearing with one-tooth difference to eliminate clearance and ensure good rigidity.
9. Super precision double-worm gearing to eliminate clearance and adjust damp.
